This item serves its purpose, HOWEVER, the nozzle (where the juice is meant to pour out from) is not very effective. The product is not designed well enough for an ample amount of the juice to pour out, therefore one has to take off the two top fixtures in order to pour out the majority of the juice.

Other than that, my experience with delivery from the seller was so-so. It was received within the amount of time stated, but upon delivery, I noted that there was an important part missing from the juicer. It seemed that there was a stopper missing (without it, juice would be flowing everywhere apart from in the glass). I emailed the seller about this and they said that they were willing to refund £8 of the £47 paid for the inconvenience. I haven't yet checked my bank balance so I don't even know if I received the £8 refund. But in the meantime, I am having to seal the hole with sellotape in order to contain the juice.
