I used this so far for smoothies and chopping up veggie for a soup.
Worked great, chopped up carrots and celery to make a soup and it worked just as well as our really expensive food processor. Was very surprised at how well it handled chopping the veggie up given how small it is but its great that it has a nice small foot print, yet packs real power.

Can I just say that Andrew James Multifunctional 4 in 1 is easily one of my top favourite things of this year?
To be honest, I actually had my sight on the Magic Bullet to begin with, but could not justify the £65 price tag. I've been using the Phillips HR2020 blender for over a year to replace a previous old blender which was quite a beast as well, and was getting frustrated with how cumbersome it was getting, what with its bulky size and difficulty to clean. That and plus the fact that I started to notice how fluid keeps seeping out through the bottom blade thingamajic. Sometimes, the bottom even give way while you're blending, allowing liquid to spill out as you blend your smoothie in the morning. It happened to me three times and made me want to scream bloody murder.
I first heard about the Magic Bullet by chance, and thought it was exactly what I need. However, the price tag and some of the flaws described by some reviewers discouraged me from getting it. Enter Andrew James' Multifunctional. After a serious inner debate, I decided to take a chance and splurge on it. It's probably the best £24.95 I've ever invested on an item.
To date, I've been using it mainly to blend smoothies, shakes and to make up gunk for my hair/facial masks. I've also used it to decimate stale bread slice into breadcrumbs to feed the birds, and it does its job beautifully. I haven't tried using it to grind coffee beans, but seeing its work on the bread, I think it can be put to task with no problems. It doesn't grate/slice cheese, in case you're wondering, as the instruction manual specifically said it's not meant to process/grind hard food like cheese, bones etc, but that's no problem as I prefer the old-fashioned cheese grater anyway. Unlike previous bulky blenders I've used, storage is made easy with its discrete size. Instruction manual that comes with it is pretty clear cut. Not quite sure if it can crush ice as the manual states that only small sized ice cubes should be used, but I'd happily use my old blender for that, just in case. The most important fact is that my liquids are not leaking from it when I'm making my daily breakfast smoothie before a workout, and I can easily handwash it when I'm done, no nightmares. Be mindful that it's not meant for the dishwasher, as instructed, but that's not a big deal with me.
If you're thinking about getting a Magic Bullet but having trouble convincing your purse, get Andrew James' Multifunctional instead at a fraction of the cost. Believe me, you'll have no regrets. I'm already thinking about getting another one as a gift for my parents.

UPDATE:
I finally got around to using the juicer, and I'm pleased to report that it juices beautifully. I was making fresh orange, and the filter did its job. All in all, quick and simple process, really.
