It took about 1 1/2 hours to make a full 5 liter batch of margarita, but this was outdoors and it was hot. The product consistency was excellent, the machine was easy to operate and clean afterwards. If you are thinking of using tis machine for occasions which will require several batches, I would suggest purchasing a double tank version so that me Bach is freezing whilst the others being served.
